Sonja Pemberton is the CEO and Founder of Sonja Pemberton International. She is the Founder of the “YOU Are The Change” movement, which is also a masterclass. She has over 30 years of experience as a speaker, consultant, and organizational strategist for multiple industries and Fortune 100 companies. Sonja brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work facilitating behavior change across organizations and leadership development to foster culture and inclusion.

She is an external coach and facilitator with the NeuroLeadership Institute and a facilitator for the Brain-based Coaching Certification. She has a bachelor’s in economics from The University of Connecticut, a master’s in organization management and development at Fielding Graduate University, and is also working on her doctorate in leadership and change at Fielding.
